WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY PROCESS
Before your event, we’ll ask you to complete a short questionnaire. This helps us understand your priorities and any specific “must-have” photographs you want to capture — whether it’s key speakers, networking moments, décor, or branded details.
Once we’ve reviewed your input, we’ll arrange a meeting — either in person or by phone — to discuss:
- The event setup and flow
- Type of guests attending
- Any formalities or etiquette to be aware of
- The overall mood and style you want reflected in your images

What types of events do you photograph?
We photograph a wide range of events including corporate functions, conferences, launches, awards evenings, school events, and private celebrations including birthdays and weddings.
How long do you photograph an event for?
We work on our daily rate – quarter day, half day and full day for event bookings. Bespoke quotes are given where the daily rate does not fit the required time for the event.
Do you capture both candid moments and formal photos?
Yes. We focus on a natural mix of candid moments, atmosphere, and key formal shots such as speakers, awards, and group photos. The client will have an opportunity to communicate their requirements. We do ensure that any “must have” shots are also captured.
Will you work discreetly during the event?
Absolutely. We work professionally and as unobtrusively as possible. We blend into the event wherever possible while still capturing important moments.
Do you bring your own lighting and equipment?
Yes. We ensure that all required equipment is available for the events we shoot.
How soon will we receive our event photos?
Depending on the size of the event and the amount of images, the final edited images are usually delivered within 5–21 working days via a secure online gallery.
Can the images be used for marketing and social media?
Yes. Event photography includes usage rights for marketing, social media, internal communication, and promotional use.
Do you offer same-day or fast turnaround delivery?
Rush delivery or same-day highlights can be arranged for certain events. Please let us know your requirements in advance.
Do you photograph large or multi-day events?
Yes. We cover events of all sizes, including multi-day conferences. Custom quotes are provided based on scope and duration.
Do you offer videography for events?
Yes. We offer a highlight video set to music. If you require full video coverage we suggest using the services of a dedicated videographer. We can make recommendations in this regard.
