Do we need one photographer or two?
The number of photographers depends on the size, programme and layout of your event. One photographer is often sufficient for smaller events taking place in a single area. Two photographers are recommended when activities happen simultaneously, the venue has multiple areas, or broader guest and atmosphere coverage is required.
Do you photograph both candid and formal moments?
Yes. We balance natural, unobtrusive event coverage with the formal photographs your event requires, including speakers, presentations, awards, group photographs and important guests.
How many photographs will we receive?
Every event is different, so we do not promise a fixed number of photographs. Your gallery will include a carefully selected collection of the strongest images from the event, professionally edited and delivered without unnecessary repetition or near-duplicates. The final number depends on the event duration, programme, number of guests and pace of activity.
How soon will we receive our event photos?
Final edited photographs are generally delivered within 5–21 working days, depending on the duration of the event, the number of images and the required turnaround. We will confirm the expected delivery time when quoting.
Can you provide photographs during or immediately after the event?
Yes. Fast-turnaround highlights or same-day delivery can be arranged for selected events. Please let us know beforehand so that the additional workflow and delivery requirements can be included in your quotation.
Do you bring lighting and backup equipment?
Yes. We bring professional cameras, lenses and lighting suited to the venue and event programme, together with backup equipment for added reliability.
Can the photographs be used for marketing and social media?
Yes. Event photographs may be used on your website, organic social media, press releases, internal communication and marketing material. Paid advertising, large commercial campaigns or third-party distribution may require an extended usage licence.
Do you photograph multi-day events?
Yes. We photograph multi-day conferences, exhibitions and business events. Coverage is quoted according to the programme, duration, number of photographers and delivery requirements.
Do you travel outside Cape Town?
Yes. Travel outside Cape Town can be arranged and is quoted according to the location, travel time and event requirements.
Do you offer event video?
Yes. We offer concise highlight videos focused on the people, atmosphere and key visual moments of the event. These do not include complete speeches, continuous ceremony coverage, live event audio or full-length videography. More comprehensive video coverage requires a dedicated videographer.
How far in advance should we enquire?
We recommend enquiring as soon as your date and venue are confirmed, particularly for conferences, awards evenings and year-end events. Short-notice bookings may still be possible, depending on availability.
